Applications are invited for the position of Volunteer Social Media Officer at Healthy People International Foundation, a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, education, and community support across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and updating the organization’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
Create and schedule engaging posts related to mental health awareness.
Design simple graphics and promotional materials.
Edit short videos and support the development and management of podcast content.
Collaborate with the communications team to maintain consistent messaging.
Track social media engagement and audience interaction.

Requirements

Interest in mental health advocacy.
Basic knowledge of social media management and digital content creation.
Creativity, reliability, and strong written communication skills in English.
Previous experience in social media management or content creation is an advantage but not required.
