WEM AQM Prompt Engineer @Five9

Overview

Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software, offering AI-powered Automated Quality Management (AQM) solutions. The company is seeking three WEM AQM Prompt Engineers to design, test, and optimize LLM prompts that power their AQM product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, author, and iteratively optimize LLM evaluation prompts within Five9 AQM.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define the evaluation scope and criteria.
• Select and analyze representative call samples to validate prompt performance.
• Maintain a structured prompt library and manage the prompt lifecycle.
• Identify prompt failure patterns and apply debugging techniques.
• Contribute to the development of prompt engineering standards and best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating prompt capabilities to prospective customers.
• Stay updated with LLM developments and prompt engineering research.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Speech Analytics Analyst or related role with deep involvement in category/topic design.
• Demonstrable prompt engineering skills with a portfolio of design work.
• Strong understanding of contact center Quality Management processes.
• Experience in selecting and analyzing call samples for model validation.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.

Location

This role is fully remote for candidates residing outside the 30-mile radius of an office. Candidates within the radius will work in a hybrid model, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
