    Key Responsibilities

    The selected candidate will provide senior technical leadership across WFP’s BI landscape.

    Strategic and Technical Leadership

    • Lead impact assessments during the SAP S/4HANA transition
    • Define BI architecture standards and ensure system integrity
    • Drive data cleansing and data quality strategies

    Data Systems and Analytics Oversight

    • Manage SAP Datasphere, SAP BW, and Tableau environments
    • Validate data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
    • Ensure alignment with WFP’s Strategic Plan and Corporate Results Framework

    Coordination and Governance

    • Oversee external vendors and implementation partners
    • Provide risk assessments and progress updates
    • Ensure compliance with enterprise data architecture

    Documentation and Knowledge Sharing

    • Develop technical documentation
    • Support long-term system sustainability and knowledge transfer

    Required Qualifications and Skills

    WFP is seeking highly experienced professionals with strong technical and analytical capabilities.

    Education and Experience

    • University degree in IT, business administration, or related field
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or IT solutions

    Technical Expertise

    • Strong knowledge of SAP systems (SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Datasphere)
    • Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures
    • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau and SAP BusinessObjects
    • Advanced data analysis skills (SQL, KPIs, validation, reconciliation)

    Additional Skills

    • Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects
    • Familiarity with Agile and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Asana)
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

    Desirable

    • Experience within the UN system or WFP
    • Knowledge of additional UN languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic)
