    WhyteCleon is currently recruiting qualified candidates for multiple roles within the banking sector across Nigeria. These opportunities are open nationwide and are designed for individuals with strong professional skills, relevant qualifications, and a passion for excellence in service delivery.

    1. Teller
    WhyteCleon seeks candidates for the position of Teller. Applicants must be 28 years of age or below and possess a B.Sc. degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or an HND qualification. Candidates are expected to have at least one year of relevant experience in a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, high attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.

    2. Direct Sales Representative (DSR)
    The organization is also hiring Direct Sales Representatives nationwide. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Lower Credit for HND holders. Completion of NYSC is mandatory. Candidates should have prior experience in the banking sector and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are critical for success in this role.

    3. IT Support
    WhyteCleon is recruiting IT Support personnel to provide technical assistance within the banking environment. Applicants must be 21 years of age or below and possess a National Diploma (ND) with Distinction, Upper Credit, or Lower Credit. Relevant IT certifications and moderate experience in IT support or a related field will be considered an added advantage. Candidates should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Attention to detail, adaptability, and time management are also key requirements.

    4. Bank Experience Customer Service Officer
    WhyteCleon is hiring Bank Experience Customer Service Officers nationwide. Applicants must be 28 years of age or below and possess a B.Sc. degree (First Class, Second Class Upper, or Second Class Lower) or an HND (Distinction or Upper Credit only). Moderate experience in customer service or a banking-related role will be an added advantage. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management, adaptability, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are required. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong customer service orientation, willingness to learn, and passion for the role. Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
