Overview

WINGS is seeking a skilled digital designer or organization to develop a modular, user-friendly, and scalable self-reflection tool aligned with the Philanthropy Transformation Initiative (PTI) framework aimed at supporting philanthropy organizations and foundations worldwide in their transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a sector review and co-design the tool.
Develop a functional prototype and test it.
Deliver a final product with comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

Experience in designing assessment, reflection, or benchmarking tools for civil society or philanthropic organizations.
Expertise in user-centered digital design and development.
Ability to build functional digital prototypes (web-based, mobile-optimized).
Knowledge of AI applications in assessment tools (preferred).
Strong documentation and communication skills.

Total budget: approximately USD 30,000, with phased payments at project milestones.
