Key Responsibilities

• Redesign cross-functional processes to make them simpler and more efficient.

• Embed AI functionality within workflows, clarifying AI roles and responsibilities.
• Build and maintain custom agents and skills for business teams.
• Establish metrics to assess success and continuously improve outcomes.
• Set best practices for AI processes and workflow documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of new tools and processes.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in operations design or a related field with a focus on systems design.
• Experience creating complex workflows across teams and tools.
• Hands-on process mapping skills with familiarity in journey maps and service blueprints.
• Ability to design with AI assistants and workflow automation.
• Comfort with building workflows using Notion’s tools and integrations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey design intent clearly.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and collaborating with engineers.
