Overview

The Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) invites applications for its Young Professionals (YP) Programme 2026/2027, an annual initiative designed to build capacity in public policy research and analysis.

Eligibility

• Hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Be below 35 years of age

Benefits

Participants are equipped with critical skills in public policy processes, research methodologies, governance systems, research ethics, and macroeconomic modeling.

• Applications must be submitted online through the official recruitment portal
• Candidates must indicate their preferred research division in the application form
• The subject line should clearly indicate “KIPPRA-Sponsored Applicant”
• Only complete applications will be considered
• Public sector applicants must include an endorsement from their respective Principal Secretary or CEO
