Overview

The Youth Leadership Program 2026–2027 is an initiative designed to empower young graduates in Malawi with leadership, digital, and entrepreneurial skills, facilitating social and economic change within their communities.

Eligibility

Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old.
Must be Malawian nationals or legal residents of Malawi.
Must be recent graduates from accredited universities or colleges with a certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree.
Must have graduated within the last six months to five years.
Live in specified communities in Malawi.
Unemployed or underemployed at the time of application.
