Overview This role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation of Phase 2 of the Integrated Assessment for Article 6 (IAA6) project across multiple countries, focusing on advancing low-carbon, climate-resilient economic growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the IAA6 Phase 2 project aligned with scope, budget, and timelines. Manage the full project lifecycle, including work planning, budget execution, procurement, risk management, and quality assurance. Oversee the delivery of integrated assessments, scenario modeling, and policy outputs for multiple countries. Ensure integration with GGGI’s CTF Readiness Facility and other initiatives. Interpret complex analytical and modeling results to develop clear, policy-relevant recommendations. Refine and deploy the IAA6 approach, collaborating with modeling partners and stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison for the IAA6 project with EU counterparts and other stakeholders. Lead the drafting of technical and policy documents, ensuring relevance and usability for decision-makers. Requirements Master’s degree in economics, environmental/climate economics, policy, or related fields. 5–7 years of project management and technical assistance experience in climate finance or carbon markets. Proven experience working on climate policy, Article 6, and national climate governance. Experience managing multi-country projects with stakeholder coordination. Strong communication skills in English and ability to interpret technical analysis into strategic policy insights.
