Overview

The role of Account Executive at NiCE involves driving net-new business and revenue growth within 911 Emergency Communications Centers and broader Public Safety agencies across the Western US. This includes managing the full sales cycle while acting as a trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and account-based outreach to generate new opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to deal close.
• Deliver weekly reports on activity, pipeline creation, and forecasting.
• Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in Public Safety agencies.
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with Presales/Solutions Engineering.
• Manage and co-sell with partners to expand territory coverage.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of technology sales or sales engineering experience in Public Safety or Government sectors.
• Strong understanding of Public Safety and Criminal Justice workflows.
• Proven success in generating pipeline and closing deals in public-sector environments.
• Consultative selling approach with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and build trust across stakeholders.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
