Key Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition strategy for high-net-worth and high-volume users.
• Scale the broader affiliate network to drive volume into core retail products.
• Conduct outreach across various platforms to build relationships with potential partners.
• Design, launch, and monitor custom commission structures and incentive programs.
• Track and analyze performance to identify high-value partners.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or growth partnerships in the Web3 or crypto sectors.
• Deep crypto literacy and understanding of trading mechanics.
• A network of active Web3 affiliates and trading communities.
• A relentless outreach mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of referral tracking and data attribution.
