Overview

The role of AI Solution Strategist at NiCE involves working at the intersection of AI product strategy, sales, and customer success to create and manage conversational AI agents that enhance customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, and go-to-market teams to define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents.
• Serve as a strategic partner to customers, supporting the adoption of AI initiatives.
• Convert business requirements into effective AI agents.
• Lead delivery across multiple complex concurrent projects, gaining visibility from both customers and NiCE.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders during the development lifecycle.
• Shape agent behavior utilizing conversational design, product intuition, and performance data.
• Identify data-driven action items to enhance customer outcomes and internal decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• An MBA or similar experience in technology and business operations is a notable advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects effectively.
• Experience rallying cross-functional teams in demanding environments.
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and product management workflows.
• Knowledge of conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.
• Proficiency in using performance data to improve outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
