Overview

The role of AI Solution Strategist at NiCE involves operating at the intersection of AI product strategy, sales, and customer success. The position requires collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to design and launch conversational AI agents that facilitate large volumes of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to customers in the evolution, execution, and adoption of AI initiatives.
• Convert business requirements into high-performing AI agents.
• Lead delivery across multiple projects, ensuring visibility from both customer and internal perspectives.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders during the development lifecycle.
• Shape agent behavior through design, product intuition, and performance data.
• Identify data-driven actions to improve customer outcomes and internal decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• An MBA or similar experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects.
• Experience in rallying cross-functional teams in demanding environments.
• Solid understanding of software development, product management, and engineering workflows.
• Technical depth to collaborate with engineers and PMs.
• Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.
• Ability to use performance data for issue identification and risk mitigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to work with ambiguity.
• Effective at aligning diverse stakeholders and maintaining project momentum.
