Overview

NICE Ltd. is seeking an AI Solution Strategist to operate at the intersection of AI product strategy, (pre) sales, and customer success while developing and launching conversational AI agents for customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to evolve, execute, and adopt AI initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into effective AI agents.
• Lead multiple complex projects with high visibility.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize conversational design, product intuition, and performance data to shape agent behavior.
• Provide data-driven insights to enhance customer outcomes and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• MBA or experience in technology and business operations is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects effectively.
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration in demanding environments.
• Fundamental understanding of software development, product management, and engineering workflows.
• Competency in conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.
• Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong critical thinking skills and comfort with ambiguity.
