    Overview

    The role involves working as an Analyst II in Full Stack Revenue Analytics at Affirm, a company focused on making credit more honest and friendly. The candidate will be responsible for building and owning data products and analytical systems that support Affirm’s revenue organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop dbt data models, dashboards, metrics, and automation processes for the revenue field team and revenue analysts.
    • Build and maintain critical reporting data models for external merchant reporting.
    • Construct the semantic, metadata, and context layers for AI systems to accurately understand Revenue data.
    • Collaborate with Business Systems, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into durable data products.
    • Contribute to best practices in version control, code review, documentation, and release hygiene.
    • Establish processes and governance to scale analytics impact within Revenue.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering or business intelligence.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL, dbt, Python, data modeling, and data visualization.
    • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Sigma/Looker/Tableau), Databricks, and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
    • Understanding of data foundations for reliable AI including semantic layers and data quality.
    • Experience integrating AI tools into analytics engineering workflows.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce.
    • Ability to identify user needs and develop robust data products.
    • Good communication skills for sharing findings with technical and non-technical audiences.
