Analytics Lead, Full Stack (Strategic Revenue Insights) @Affirm

The Revenue team at Affirm drives top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize decisions and execution through analyses, communicating changes to internal and external partners.
• Act as a strategic partner with Client Success and Marketplace Teams, serving as the data subject matter expert for Revenue segments and merchants.
• Create business cases, insights, and dashboards, managing experiments to engage Affirm’s external merchant base.
• Conduct internal analyses to assess Revenue performance and drive recommendations based on insights.
• Standardize common use cases, providing analytics infrastructure and automating analyses and dashboards.
• Define KPIs, performance benchmarks, and methodologies by working with structured and unstructured data sources to generate actionable insights.
• Guide a cross-functional team in project and analytics, acting as the analytics point of contact.
• Propose and monitor experiment design to optimize Affirm’s GTM efforts and quantify the value to prospective merchants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau); knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Aptitude for leveraging AI tools for analytics (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to establish analytical frameworks.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Strong organization and execution skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives.
• Track record of building successful cross-functional relationships.
• Self-starter with a history of successfully driving projects from start to finish.
