    Overview

    CHI Limited is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the region, responsible for driving market share growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, driving both primary and secondary sales performance.
    • Lead and develop Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) and Sales Representatives (SRs).
    • Build and manage strong distributor partnerships, ensuring operational efficiency.
    • Drive market coverage and distribution growth across all territories.
    • Ensure compliance with sales systems and leverage data for performance improvement.
    • Execute trade marketing activities and monitor ROI.
    • Track performance and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ FMCG sales experience.
    • Proven ability to manage distributors and sales teams effectively.
    • Strong understanding of traditional trade, including wholesalers and retail outlets.
    • Experience in complex distribution networks and trade promotions.
    • Proficiency in Sales Force Automation and data analysis.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
