CHI Limited is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the region, responsible for driving market share growth and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, driving both primary and secondary sales performance.
- Lead and develop Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) and Sales Representatives (SRs).
- Build and manage strong distributor partnerships, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Drive market coverage and distribution growth across all territories.
- Ensure compliance with sales systems and leverage data for performance improvement.
- Execute trade marketing activities and monitor ROI.
- Track performance and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ FMCG sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage distributors and sales teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of traditional trade, including wholesalers and retail outlets.
- Experience in complex distribution networks and trade promotions.
- Proficiency in Sales Force Automation and data analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
