Overview
CHI Limited is recruiting for the position of Regional Sales Manager to oversee business operations within the assigned region, managing teams and distributors to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales performance across the assigned region.
- Translate national commercial strategies into effective regional execution plans.
- Expand market coverage and ensure strong in-store execution standards.
- Manage and develop Regional Sales Teams including Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Executives.
- Build relationships with distributors and trade partners.
- Monitor market trends and sales performance for growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective execution of trade promotions and sales processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or MSc is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years’ FMCG sales experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience managing large territories and sales channels.
- Strong understanding of traditional trade structures.
- Experience executing trade promotions within complex networks.
- Strong analytical skills to drive commercial decisions.
- Prior experience in the advertised region.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
