    Overview

    CHI Limited is recruiting for the position of Regional Sales Manager to oversee business operations within the assigned region, managing teams and distributors to drive sales performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and drive sales performance across the assigned region.
    • Translate national commercial strategies into effective regional execution plans.
    • Expand market coverage and ensure strong in-store execution standards.
    • Manage and develop Regional Sales Teams including Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Executives.
    • Build relationships with distributors and trade partners.
    • Monitor market trends and sales performance for growth opportunities.
    • Ensure effective execution of trade promotions and sales processes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or MSc is an advantage.
    • Minimum 7 years’ FMCG sales experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven experience managing large territories and sales channels.
    • Strong understanding of traditional trade structures.
    • Experience executing trade promotions within complex networks.
    • Strong analytical skills to drive commercial decisions.
    • Prior experience in the advertised region.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
