    The Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED) is seeking a Growth Coordinator to drive audience acquisition, engagement, and pipeline generation across its global network. This fully remote position reports to the Director of Revenue and is responsible for building and scaling campaigns that convert ACLED’s audience into active users, partners, and customers.

    Location: Remote
    Start Date: May 2026
    Salary: 55,000–60,000 USD per year
    Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

    ACLED is a leading crisis mapping and data analysis institution that collects disaggregated conflict information globally. Its research and open-access data inform journalism, academic studies, public discourse, and policymaking, providing high-quality insights into political violence, protest, and social unrest.

    Role Overview

    The Growth Coordinator will execute ACLED’s growth strategy across multiple channels, including email campaigns, webinars, virtual events, and product communications initiatives. The role combines analytical rigor with creativity and requires collaboration with sales, research, and leadership teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Growth & Demand Generation

    • Own and implement growth strategies across core channels
    • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue
    • Develop and refine lead generation and nurturing funnels in collaboration with sales

    Email & Automation

    • Manage email programs, including newsletters, nurture sequences, and campaign sends
    • Segment audiences and personalize messaging for optimal engagement
    • Build automated workflows and lead scoring using CRM and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Test and optimize subject lines, content, and send cadence based on performance metrics

    Webinars & Virtual Events

    • Lead the strategy and execution of webinars, virtual roundtables, and industry events
    • Identify themes, speakers, and target audiences aligned with ACLED priorities
    • Manage promotion, registration, attendance, and post-event follow-ups
    • Repurpose webinar content into reusable assets for ongoing campaigns
    • Coordinate with sales to ensure pre- and post-event engagement strategies

    Product Communications

    • Translate ACLED data products into clear value propositions and messaging
    • Support product launches, feature releases, and positioning
    • Develop sales collateral, including decks, one-pagers, and case studies
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align research, analysis, and revenue messaging

    Analytics & Optimization

    • Track and report campaign performance across all channels
    • Use analytics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI
    • Build reporting frameworks tied to growth and revenue objectives

    Skills and Competencies

    • 5+ years of experience in global growth roles, preferably in tech-for-good, social enterprise, or INGO settings
    • Experience working remotely and independently
    • Strong analytical skills and creativity in campaign design
    • Knowledge of digital growth strategies, website analytics, CRM, and automation tools
    • Ability to create and optimize digital ad campaigns
    • Excellent copywriting and corporate communication skills
    • Interest in conflict prevention and understanding of international contexts
    • BSc/MSc in Business, Communications, or related field

    Desirable Qualifications

    • Master’s degree or certification in data analytics
    • Experience in tech- or data-focused companies
    • Graphic design or agency experience
    • International fundraising experience in public and private sectors
    • Knowledge of humanitarian and development sectors
    • Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Arabic

    Other Requirements

    • Ability to travel internationally for client meetings, industry events, and organizational events (approx. 15% of the time)
