    Overview

    This role offers the opportunity to work as an Associate Infrastructure Engineer, enhancing the reliability and stability of Webflow’s infrastructure that serves millions of customers globally.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Empower engineering teams to take control of their services by maintaining monitoring tools and collaborating on internal best practices for observability.
    • Enhance the reliability of applications running in Kubernetes through resource optimization and ensuring scalability.
    • Dive into the main Webflow application using Node, Python, or Go to discern and fix production behaviors.
    • Collaborate with Customer Support, Partnerships, and Sales teams to support customers using Webflow’s services.
    • Participate and improve on-call and incident response processes.

    Requirements

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years of experience operating or debugging distributed systems in a production environment.
    • Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS or GCP).
    • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes workloads.
    • Experience with observability stacks (e.g., Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
    • Proficiency in at least one infrastructure-as-code tool (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible).
    • Ability to read and modify application code for debugging.
    • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
