    Bagco Packaging Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc and one of Africa’s leading manufacturers of premium packaging materials, is inviting applications from qualified and motivated candidates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program and other technical roles based in Kano, Nigeria.

    Established in 1972, Bagco has built a strong reputation in the production of polypropylene woven sacks, flexible packaging solutions, and rigid plastic containers.     The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to develop young graduates through structured training, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure across various departments. Successful candidates will be groomed for future leadership and technical roles within the organization.

    Available Graduate Trainee disciplines include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Polymer and Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Chemistry or related fields.

    To be eligible, applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline, have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or obtained an exemption certificate, and must have no more than one year of post-NYSC experience. Candidates are also expected to demonstrate strong academic performance, good communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

    In addition to the graduate trainee roles, Bagco is also recruiting for experienced positions including Printing Operator and Printing Manager within its production operations.

    The Printing Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced printing machinery to ensure high-quality production output, minimal waste, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Candidates must have a minimum of a secondary school certificate and 2–5 years of relevant experience in flexible packaging printing operations.

    The Printing Manager will oversee all printing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, productivity, and cost optimization. Applicants must possess a degree in a relevant engineering or technical field, along with at least seven years of experience in printing operations, including managerial experience.
