Overview
Brightest is seeking an entrepreneurial, resourceful, and strategic Account Executive based in North America to manage the sales pipeline and foster strategic partnerships for their ESG platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, meetings, needs analysis, and closing deals
- Build and nurture strategic industry relationships and coalitions
- Represent Brightest at events as a public face and evangelist
- Develop and execute pipeline strategies, forecast, and provide deal insights
- Collaborate with leadership on partnership ecosystem development
- Serve as the voice of the customer to inform product strategy and enhancements
Requirements
- 1-5 years experience in sales, business development, or corporate partnerships
- Passionate about social impact, ESG, climate action, and sustainability
- Strong persuasive communication and public speaking skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese is a plus
- Social, networked, organized, and self-disciplined
- Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to learn and innovate
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous
- Legally authorized to work in the US, Canada, or Latin America
