Business Analyst @Blockchain

Overview

Blockchain is a fast-growing global crypto company that facilitates access to cryptocurrency for millions of users worldwide. They are seeking a Business Analyst to support strategic products, markets, and customer segments within the Consumer business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of key business areas within Consumer.
• Analyze business performance across users, revenue, margin, retention, and conversion.
• Identify product opportunities and support prioritization with Business Leads and Product Managers.
• Translate business goals and customer insights into product recommendations.
• Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance and identify opportunities.
• Support business cases for new products and features including market size and customer demand.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements and support product delivery.
• Support product launches by coordinating across various teams.
• Analyze pricing and profitability with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Compliance.
• Track competitors, customer behavior, and market trends for differentiation.
• Establish an operating cadence around performance tracking and product reviews.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, product analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and business modeling.
• Ability to turn data and insights into product recommendations.
• Strong product judgment and interest in customer-facing products.
• Ability to work closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to lead hands-on execution.
• Interest in crypto, fintech, and high-growth businesses.
