Business Consultant, CX @NICE Ltd.

Overview

This is a consulting position within the NiCE – Value Realisation Services (VRS) Organisation, focused on driving customer adoption and ROI of NICE solutions. The role requires a mix of consulting and operations experience, particularly in leading AI-led CX/CCaaS transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides best practice guidance to optimize customer business processes and maximize value from NiCE solutions.
• Designs change strategies across people, process & technology.
• Leads multi-product consulting programs and owns the business case for customer offerings.
• Builds long-term relationships with customers and serves as a trusted advisor.
• Identifies opportunities for additional engagements through renewals and business development.
• Successfully delivers business improvement projects, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Discovers, identifies, and creates business cases for product portfolio value.
• Manages stakeholder relationships and ensures alignment throughout engagements.
• Aligns launch strategies with use cases and value priorities.
• Develops repeat business opportunities through successful delivery and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in functions and industries NiCE serves.
• 5 years of leadership experience in a contact center environment preferred.
• Experience with contact center software, particularly in IVR/Routing/ACD and Workforce Management or Quality Management.
• Hands-on experience with implementing AI/Digital products from a process perspective.
• Experience in business process improvement and customer success.
• Proven ability to effectively handle senior executive audiences and stakeholders.
• Led project teams with demonstrated operational performance improvements.
• Certification or expertise in organizational change management; Six Sigma Certification preferred.
