Business Development Representative – Arabic Speaking @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their Dublin office, focusing on accelerating pipeline generation. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with over 9 months of experience in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across target accounts.
• Research accounts, industries, and personas to craft personalized outreach.
• Partner closely with Sales Directors to build account strategies and prioritize opportunities.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and technical pain points.
• Engage data, analytics, engineering, IT, RevOps, and executive personas.
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and opportunity data within Salesforce.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales leadership.
• Leverage AI tools and sales technologies to improve prospecting efficiency.
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity, meeting generation, and pipeline targets.

Requirements

• 9+ months of experience in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology sales development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts related to data, analytics, cloud, and AI infrastructure.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and multi-threaded account engagement.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or sales engagement platforms.
• Arabic speaking.
