Business Development Representative - German Speaking @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their Dublin office. This role focuses on pipeline generation, targeting candidates with technology sales experience who excel at outbound prospecting and account research.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across target accounts.
• Research accounts, industries, and personas to craft personalized outreach.
• Partner closely with Sales Directors to build account strategies and prioritize opportunities.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and technical pain points.
• Engage various personas in data, analytics, and IT leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and opportunity data within Salesforce.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales leadership.
• Leverage AI tools and sales technologies to improve prospecting efficiency and messaging quality.
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity, meeting generation, and pipeline targets.

Requirements

• 9+ months of experience in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology sales development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and articulate technical concepts related to data, analytics, cloud, and AI infrastructure.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and multi-threaded account engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Comfortable using AI tools and sales engagement platforms.
• Fluency in German.

Location
