Overview
The Business Intelligence Specialist role at Greenpeace Belgium offers a data-focused opportunity for professionals to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that support fundraising, campaigning, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple functions with data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the CRM and data systems team, especially in relation to Salesforce.
- Support marketing and fundraising campaigns through data-driven audience segmentation.
- Contribute to the development of fundraising strategies with scenario-based forecasting.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and build dashboards.
- Produce high-quality analytical reporting for multiple departments.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or data-oriented roles.
- Strong analytical thinking and data structuring capabilities.
- Experience with data visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to present data insights effectively.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage.
