This opportunity as a Communications Officer at the Club of Rome offers experienced communications professionals a chance to contribute to global systems change dialogue.

Key Responsibilities

Developing, writing, editing, and proofreading content for various channels.
Managing and updating website content to keep it current and engaging.
Preparing social media posts and creating multimedia assets.
Distributing press releases and exploring media collaboration opportunities.
Supporting event communication, including publicity for Club of Rome events.
Managing data and evaluating communication activities for effectiveness.
Enhancing member engagement and improving internal communication systems.
Contributing to flagship initiatives ensuring consistent communication alignment across projects.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in international communications or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience managing digital communication platforms and proficiency in content creation tools, especially Canva.
Familiarity with SEO practices and Google Analytics is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Interest in emerging digital tools, including AI-assisted workflows.
