The Shiraka Training Programme (STP) is a part of the broader Shiraka Programme, developed by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aiming to support societal development in the MENA region by enhancing public service delivery and involving civilians. It offers specialized training for mid-career public officials.

Eligibility

Eligible countries include Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Palestinian Territories, and Tunisia.

Benefits

Funding covers travel, lodging, visa, and insurance for participants from OECD-DAC countries. Participants from non-OECD-DAC countries receive full support for lodging, insurance, and tuition, but cover their own international travel.
