This initiative aims to address the underrepresentation of women in leadership roles by connecting experienced professionals with early-career individuals.
Mid- to late-career women professionals in conservation, with a willingness to:
Mentors may come from diverse backgrounds including wildlife conservation, environmental management, research, community-based conservation, policy, education, or advocacy.
