Overview

CBM Global is seeking a Business Development Coordinator in Kenya to drive institutional funding and business development at the country level, ensuring the office is donor-ready and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive institutional business development in line with the Country and CBM Global strategies.
• Identify, assess, and develop funding opportunities from institutional donors.
• Establish strong relationships with donors, consortia, INGOs, and local NGOs.
• Lead the development of proposals and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Support internal teams in understanding donor processes and positioning.
• Maintain accurate donor and proposal data and strengthen internal processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in institutional fundraising or business development.
• Proven success in submitting proposals to institutional donors.
• Understanding of donor environments and consortium approaches.
• Experience with OPDs or disability inclusion programs preferred.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
