    Overview

    Climate Northern Ireland is hiring two senior roles: a Climate Resilience Researcher and a Climate Officer, focusing on climate change adaptation and resilience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and coordinate climate resilience projects.
    • Support the development of climate resilience strategies.
    • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-sectoral collaboration.
    • Support delivery of climate adaptation projects.
    • Contribute to regional climate strategy development.
    • Manage multiple projects and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in climate change adaptation or resilience projects.
    • Strong leadership and project management skills.
    • Passion for climate action with relevant experience.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Knowledge of EU-funded climate projects is desirable.

    Benefits

    Salary equivalent to NICS grades (£34,524 to £42,327) pro-rata. Opportunity to influence regional climate strategies and work with a dedicated team.
