Overview

The Clinical Service Provider (CSP) will lead the outreach team in the assigned location to provide family planning services, especially long-acting reversible contraception (LARCs), in hard-to-reach and underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality delivery of LAPMs in line with outreach schedules and mobilization plans.
Provide client-focused counseling and obtain appropriate consent.
Implement MSI values including client focus and non-hierarchical management.
Support institutional strengthening and capacity-building initiatives.
Conduct at least 20 productive outreaches per month.
Ensure all service providers maintain level 1 competency and provide appropriate clinical supervision.
Track team performance against KPIs and develop SMART action plans.
Ensure proper data entry and management using CLIC systems.

Requirements

Medical Doctor, Registered Nurse, Midwife, or Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW).
Evidence of good standing with relevant professional bodies in Nigeria.
Technical expertise in LARCs, specifically IUD and implant insertion and removal.
Leadership and mentoring experience.
Computer literacy and familiarity with office software packages.
Knowledge of local geography and cultural contexts.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
