Overview

This role involves supporting healthcare facilities to improve quality standards, patient safety, and overall service delivery through assessments, training, and continuous improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct healthcare facility assessments using SafeCare standards
• Support implementation of quality improvement plans
• Build capacity within healthcare teams
• Track and measure progress on patient safety and quality indicators

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare quality or systems improvement
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Willingness to travel across Nigeria
• Proficiency in digital tools
• Preferred: MPH or MBA, experience with SafeCare standards
