    Overview

    The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) is offering a Graduate Internship Programme in Records Management to provide structured workplace experience to unemployed graduates.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the organisation and maintenance of official records
    • Support document classification, filing, and retrieval systems
    • Assist with data capturing and information processing tasks
    • Support compliance with records management policies and procedures
    • Provide general administrative support within the department
    • Participate in training and development activities assigned by supervisors

    Requirements

    • A completed Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Records Management, Library and Information Science, or Information Management
    • Must be an unemployed South African citizen
    • Aged between 18 and 35 years
    • Must not have previously gained work experience in the relevant field
    • Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA)

    Benefits

    • Monthly stipend of R12 000.00
    • Fixed contract duration of 12 months
