Compensation Manager @Twilio

Overview

Twilio is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to lead the design and execution of its compensation strategy for the Go-to-Market (GTM) and Marketing organizations. This remote role involves partnering with business leaders and HR Business Partners to develop competitive compensation structures in a high-growth tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and HR Business Partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand operational challenges and drive comprehensive solutions.
• Leverage expertise in sales compensation to own compensation products from end to end.
• Create dynamic compensation models and dashboards; utilize data analytics for actionable insights.
• Continuously improve compensation structures to meet market trends, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
• Manage internal and external relationships with integrity; provide training on compensation fundamentals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Go-to-Market or technical organizations.
• Experience with sales incentive and equity compensation structures at a publicly traded company.
• Excellent project management skills in compensation program design and delivery.
• Strong background in compensation analytics and advanced proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (preferably Workday).
• Knowledge of market pricing and survey data accessibility.
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
