Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work as a Complaint Feedback Response Mechanism (CFRM) Assistant at Terre des hommes (Tdh), supporting vulnerable children in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage feedback and complaint systems across Tdh Nigeria programs.
• Receive, process, and respond to community feedback through various channels.
• Maintain neutrality, professionalism, and integrity as the first point of contact for beneficiaries.
• Support the functionality and accessibility of feedback mechanisms for all population groups.
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive complaints related to child protection, staff conduct, corruption, and fraud.
• Conduct field visits for awareness and develop communication materials.
• Document feedback and prepare regular reports to improve program quality.
• Facilitate learning sessions with program teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an NGO or humanitarian setting.
• Experience in accountability, MEAL, or community engagement is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and local languages.
• Knowledge of Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP).
