Overview

This full-time position as an Entry Level Sales Growth Associate is designed for ambitious, results-driven individuals eager to begin or advance their careers in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, referrals, and other customer acquisition strategies.
Promote company products and services, convert leads into paying customers, and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research and support marketing campaigns and activations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

Minimum of an HND or B.Sc degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication skills, persuasive mindset, and willingness to work in a field-based role.
