Consulting Architect - Security (Canberra) @Elastic

Overview

Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables organizations to find the answers they need in real time, using all their data at scale. This role is for a Consulting Architect - Security, responsible for implementing Elastic solutions and generating business value for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly analyze customer business challenges and gather requirements in complex environments.
• Design Elastic solution architectures and create customer road maps.
• Lead technology workshops and deliver outcome-based solutions.
• Integrate Elastic products into platform architectures and solve challenging security problems.
• Conduct technical audits, upgrades, and platform migrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales teams to improve products and services.
• Mentor fellow consultants and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years as a Consulting Architect or in a senior IT leadership role.
• Experience delivering professional services engagements.
• Strong customer advocacy and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and security tools.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenStack.
• Experience in deploying Elastic Security solutions or similar domains.
• Ability to travel as required and work comfortably in a remote setting.
