Startups Partnerships Manager @Brex

Overview

The Startups Partnerships Manager role at Brex involves building strong relationships and cultivating partnerships within the startup ecosystem to drive top-of-funnel leads and expand the company’s market footprint. This position is essential for fueling scalable growth by working closely with VCs, accelerators, incubators, and other industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and deepen relationships with high-potential VCs, Accelerators, Incubators, and more.
• Craft and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for each partner.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new partners and their teams.
• Serve as a product expert, articulating Brex's value proposition to partners.
• Work cross-functionally across marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering to drive co-marketing opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with key partners.
• Become an expert in Brex's product, features, and workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a partnerships or closing sales role.
• Understanding of the venture community and how to drive partnerships.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting targets and quotas.
• Ability to deliver tailored, consultative solutions that align with partner’s needs.
• Ability to evaluate partnership performance and implement data-driven solutions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
• Passion for community events and activations with partners.

Benefits

The expected OTE (On-Target Earnings) range for this role is $135,600 - $169,500, which includes base salary and commissions based on performance. Additional compensation may include equity and other forms of benefits.

Location

This role is based in San Francisco, California, in a hybrid work environment requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week. Up to four weeks of fully remote work is allowed each year.
