Corporate Account Executive @Neo4j

Overview

Neo4j is seeking a Corporate Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and enterprise sales in a remote role, preferably located in the San Francisco Bay area. This position focuses on executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to target key organizations and build a sales pipeline.
• Become an expert in product offerings and industry solutions to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Position solutions effectively against competing technologies.
• Lead complex sales cycles and manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and align on target accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM information and ensure data integrity.
• Develop partnerships with public cloud providers to drive growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven success in commercial software sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience managing complex sales processes in enterprise markets.
• Ability to develop and close new client relationships independently.
• Deep understanding of commercial open-source business models.
• Strong skills in presentation, communication, and organization.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer expectations.
• Proven ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.

Benefits

Annual on-target earnings range from $200,000 to $240,000 USD. Eligible for stock options and an annual bonus, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.

Location

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area.
