Overview

Lucid Motors is creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation in the automotive market. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will assist customers with technical issues related to their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical assistance through phone, email, SMS, and chat inquiries.
• Responding to customer concerns with urgency and ownership for resolutions.
• Maintaining the company knowledge base by creating, editing, and posting tech tips.
• Assessing compatibility between new and updated technology with existing systems.
• Making recommendations for proposed changes to existing processes.
• Testing system functionality to ensure optimal performance of vehicle components.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships through emotional intelligence and product knowledge.
• Ensuring data integrity and privacy when handling customer information.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer service.
• Excellent communication and technical comprehension skills.
• Detail-oriented and skilled in navigating ambiguity.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Mac OS.
