Overview

The role of Advanced Services Representative at Robinhood involves providing exceptional customer support, particularly in options trading and margin-related issues. The representative will empower customers to solve complex issues and enhance their trading experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support initiatives aimed at improving customer experience metrics by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and analyze customer issues, providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Develop expertise in Options and Margin trading to resolve customer queries.
• Utilize customer insights and data analytics to identify trends and propose solutions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training content to improve team effectiveness.
• Address escalated customer issues and ensure swift resolution while maintaining compliance.
• Engage in continuous learning and contribute to process improvements.
• Provide support for Event Contracts upon obtaining Series 3 licensure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer experience in financial services, including 1 year in an active trader role.
• Active Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Series 3 must be obtained within the first 120 days.
• Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience handling escalated customer situations.
• Familiarity with support platforms and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
• Passion for financial markets and fintech innovations.

Location

This role is based in Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; and Westlake, TX, with in-person attendance expected for onboarding and at least a few days a week thereafter.
