Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver structured training programmes on motorcycle and power product repair
Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises
Conduct hands-on training sessions and live demonstrations for individuals and groups
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and implement continuous improvements
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to ensure relevant training content
Provide ongoing mentorship and technical support to trainees

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Trade test certification or equivalent in motorcycle and power product repair
Extensive hands-on experience in motorcycle and power product servicing
Proven experience as a technical trainer or instructor
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
