    Overview

    An Oil & Gas / Lubricants company is seeking experienced, target-driven professionals for the role of Sales Executive. This position involves leading sales operations across multiple regions in Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, supervise, and motivate Sales Development Officers (SDOs) across assigned territories.
    • Drive overall sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
    • Manage and grow key customer accounts within the oil and lubricants market.
    • Develop and execute territory growth strategies to expand market share.
    • Monitor daily sales operations and ensure effective field execution.
    • Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and productivity.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
    • Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and performance updates.
    • Identify new business opportunities and support strategic business development initiatives.
    • Ensure alignment between field operations and organizational sales objectives.

    Requirements

    • Strong experience in field sales, preferably within the Oil & Gas or lubricants industry.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Highly target-oriented with a strong ability to deliver results under pressure.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently across regions.
    • Solid understanding of customer relationship management and sales execution strategies.
