Overview
An Oil & Gas / Lubricants company is seeking experienced, target-driven professionals for the role of Sales Executive. This position involves leading sales operations across multiple regions in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate Sales Development Officers (SDOs) across assigned territories.
- Drive overall sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Manage and grow key customer accounts within the oil and lubricants market.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies to expand market share.
- Monitor daily sales operations and ensure effective field execution.
- Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and performance updates.
- Identify new business opportunities and support strategic business development initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between field operations and organizational sales objectives.
Requirements
- Strong experience in field sales, preferably within the Oil & Gas or lubricants industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Highly target-oriented with a strong ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently across regions.
- Solid understanding of customer relationship management and sales execution strategies.
