Overview

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is currently recruiting for the position of Pharmacy Storekeeper in Katsina, Nigeria. The role involves the management, storage, and distribution of medical supplies within the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the ordering, receipt, storage, and dispatch of medical supplies
Receive and verify deliveries, and report issues promptly
Ensure proper storage conditions for all medical items
Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management software
Conduct regular inventories and stock checks
Monitor stock levels and prepare orders
Ensure cleanliness and security of pharmacy premises
Handle controlled and expired drugs responsibly
Participate in physical inventories and stock reconciliation
Provide weekly stock movement reports

Requirements

Experience in pharmacy stock management or medical supply chain operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Knowledge of cold chain management and pharmaceutical storage
Basic computer literacy in inventory systems and reporting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
