Overview

A reputable organization in the FMCG/Manufacturing sector is currently recruiting qualified and results-driven candidates to fill the position of Van Field Sales Representative across multiple locations in Nigeria. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in field sales and a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive company sales vans to assigned routes and territories to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Execute field sales activities, including product distribution, merchandising, and customer engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other channel partners
Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base within assigned locations
Monitor stock levels, ensure product availability, and manage inventory efficiently
Provide timely market feedback, including competitor activities and customer insights
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Accurately track sales performance and report progress against set KPIs

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales with a consistent record of achieving KPIs
Proven experience in van sales and the ability to drive sales vehicles effectively
Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering results
Strong understanding of business objectives and sales priorities
Familiarity with field sales operations, channel development, and distributor management
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
