    Overview

    Orca is seeking an Associate Customer Success Engineer to join their Customer Success Engineering team. The role is geared towards individuals with 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role who are looking to grow in the field of cloud security.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as a front-line technical point of contact for a portfolio of small-to-mid-size customer accounts.
    • Assist customers in troubleshooting platform questions, configuration, integrations, and basic cloud environment issues.
    • Facilitate customer onboarding processes including environment connections and initial configurations.
    • Support Customer Success Managers with technical materials for check-ins and business reviews.
    • Shadow and co-lead technical workshops and architecture discussions with customers.
    • Document recurring issues and contribute to the CSE knowledge base.
    • Track and escalate product issues and feature gaps to Product and Engineering teams.
    • Build foundational knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the wider CNAPP/cloud security space.

    Requirements

    • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Support Engineer, Support/Solutions Engineer).
    • Working familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Ability to read logs, APIs, and basic scripts (Python or Bash) for issue diagnosis.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Curiosity about cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure with a desire to deepen expertise.
    • Capability to manage multiple customer conversations and prioritize under ambiguity.
    • Based in or willing to work from Delhi or Bangalore, with some schedule overlap for US/EU customers as needed.
