Key Responsibilities

• Own the value plan for each account by connecting business problems to measurable outcomes.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders to align Mixpanel's capabilities with customer needs.
• Run discovery sessions on customer priorities and develop concrete adoption plans.
• Partner with Account Executives for expansion and renewals, utilizing evidence of value and adoption.
• Lead enablement sessions on best practices related to dashboard design and retention modeling.
• Monitor usage and health signals, conducting business reviews to enhance adoption.
• Identify underused features and provide actionable recommendations.
• Triage product inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
• Analyze customer AI maturity and guide product data utilization.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering on escalations and share insights with the team.

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage relationships across various stakeholders.
• Capability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience demonstrating the impact of product usage on customer outcomes and ROI.
• Comfort in developing adoption plans aligned with customer goals.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools beyond casual use.
• Collaborative mindset for working with account teams and partners.
• Good judgment for prioritizing attention on key accounts.
