    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the value plan for each account, linking business problems to measurable outcomes.
    • Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders to align product capabilities with customer needs.
    • Conduct discovery on customer priorities and pain points to create adoption plans and internal updates.
    • Partner with Account Executives and renewal counterparts for expansion and renewal execution, presenting value cases and adoption evidence.
    • Lead enablement sessions on best practices like dashboard design and retention modeling.
    • Monitor usage and health signals, conduct business reviews, and early identification of risks.
    • Provide recommendations based on underused features and contracted capabilities.
    • Address product questions and escalate issues as needed.
    • Develop a point of view on customer AI maturity and leverage Mixpanel’s AI tools to enhance product data usage.
    • Coordinate with GTM, Product, and Engineering on escalations and share insights with the team.

    Requirements

    • 4 - 6 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field with B2B SaaS accounts.
    • Proven ability to manage relationships across various stakeholders.
    • Capability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
    • Experience in demonstrating product usage’s impact on customer outcomes and ROI.
    • Proficiency in developing adoption plans linked to customer goals.
    • Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows.
    • Collaborative mindset for working with account teams and internal partners.
    • Good judgment for prioritizing accounts and actions.
